 note = {We establish four-sector general equilibrium models to investigate the impacts of increased provision of agricultural public infrastructure on urban unemployment and welfare. The welfare measurement is based on Sen (1974)’s welfare index. We consider three types of agricultural public infrastructure, the neutral one, the land-augmenting one, and the labor-augmenting one.
