 note = {本稿では、児童生従の心身の苦痛を心理的な危機状態として位置づけ、児童生徒の心理的な危機 に対応するために学校心理学的援助モデルを、「リスク・マネジメント」と「クライシス・マネジ メント」の2つの機能から検討をしたものである。「リスク・マネジメント」の機能は、早期に児 童生徒の心理的な危機を捉えることである。そのために、平常時における「アセスメント」が重要 であり、児童生徒の危機の状況によって段階的（一次的援助サービス～三次的援助サービス）に援 助方針を検討していくことが重要である。「クライシス・マネジメント」の機能については、「四次 的援助サービス」として学校心理学的援助モデルを提示した。「四次的援助サービス」の中には、 (1)学校自らの組織機能の回復、(2)児童生徒の心のケアに対応していく。という2つの側面がある。 (1)については、「応急処置」的に外部からの援助を検討することが有効である。(2)については、児 童生徒の「アセスメント」による援助方針を「援助チーム」によって検討していくことが重要であ る。児童生徒の心理的な危機に対応するためには、「四次的援助サービス」を含めた、学校心理学 的援助モデルが有効であり、今後の学校危機管理の研究において重要な視点といえるだろう。, In this paper, in order to correspond to student's psychological crisis, examination is carried out for a school psychology assistance model from two functions, "Risk management" and "Crisis management." The function of "Risk management" is assessing student's psychological crisis at an early stage. Therefore the "assessment" in everyday life is important to give appropriate support depending on the stages by the crisis of student's, and it is important to examine an assistance plan. (primary assistance service, secondary assistance service, and third assistance service) About the function of "Crisis management", the school psychology assistance model was shown as "fourth order assistance service." "Fourth support services" includes two features: it corresponds to recovery of the organization function of the (1) school itself, and the care of it (2) mental care of student's. As for the first point. it is effective to consider the assistance from the outside in "emergency measure". As for the second point, it is important to examine the assistance plan from student's "assessment" by an "assistance team." A school psychology assistance model including "fourth order assistance service" is effective, and it would be called an important viewpoint in research of future school crisis management.},
