The content of the analysis includes the process of the teaching design in a lesson, the directions and instruction to the child and use of community materials in lesson deployment, as well as the observation and record of important events in the teacher's decisionmaking. The following three points became clear as a result of the analysis of the data: First, the core-concept in this lesson is home conmmunity, and (T) teacher emphasizes that the love one has for his home district is representative of cherishing community. It is clear that (T) teacher's view of community has affected the selection of study and teaching materials. Second, (T) teacher believes that the child is already active in the community, and it became clear that not only adults but also children are positioned as individuals who support the community.
