An interview survey was conducted, with the following results. First, advancing students were likely to distinguish between two broad categories, consisting of advancing students, and newcomer students, while newcomers viewed themselves not as a single entity, but more on an individual basis, while they viewed advancing students as a group. Second, advancing students who were more accepting of newcomers exhibited higher levels of interpersonal adjustment, and development of intimate relationships. On the contrary, advancing students who were less accepting of newcomers showed only low levels of interpersonal adjustment. Third, high interpersonal adjustment was seen among newcomers who viewed the school atmosphere positively, or who developed close relationships with advancing students. In contrast, Iow levels of interpersonal adjustment were seen among newcomers who perceived themselves as being excluded from the advancing student networks.}, pages = {39--50}, title = {中高一貫校における対人関係に関する研究 : 内部進学者と外部入学者との交流過程}, volume = {5-6}, year = {2006} }
