 note = {This study describes the bibliographical description methods involved in bibliography creation at the Nagoya University Library. When a document likely to be catalogued as a rare book arrives at the library, its bibliographical information is recorded in the NACSIS-CAT database using a detailed bibliographical description. However, the initial bibliographical description is extremely difficult for less-experienced staff. In addition, although it is beneficial to check different editions in the digital archives that have now become much more common, so far there have been no reports outlining bibliographical description using these sources. It is a fact that it is difficult, in practice, to produce a bibliography by adhering only to the set rules of cataloguing.},
