L., et al, 1989) and to give the author's comment based upon his own clinical experiences, clearing the characteristics of the Japanese situation and culture; 3) To discuss the holistic situations and causes of PTSD as observed in Japan; and 4) To clarify the basic view point of psychological help with the PTSD clients. Major findings were as follows : 1) Until in 1990,there was seldom recognized as PTSD in Japan, and we introduced the concept and definition followed by DSM-III-R as explanated by American Psychiatric Association in 1987. 2) Upon the five cases reported already, we have experienced before some kinds of cases such as adolescents who were bullied by classmates, and/or mothers who had lost their parents in childhood or their children by unoccasional accident and/or disease. 3) It is prospected that PTSD happens in all areas of life spaces such as home, school, industry, community and international (cross-cultural) situations both in natural and artificial causes. 4) It was pointed out that the basic attitude was to understand the lethal situation of the PTSD client with both carefully and empathetically, to help the client to release the suppressed feelings of it, and to make to reconstruct the reality, constructing the meaning of positive life., 国立情報学研究所で電子化したコンテンツを使用している。}, pages = {191--202}, title = {<資料>わが国における PTSD (心的外傷後のストレス障害)に関する心理臨床学的研究<序報>}, volume = {38}, year = {1991} }
