In a new questionnaire made by us, approximately seven hundreds university students as our subjects were asked to take notice of one skill leaning that they could recollect relatively clearly. Then, they were requested to respond to various questions about the skill learning, including motivational factor, the length of training period, joy of learning and enthusiasm in practice and etc. Main results wear as follows : 1. In every skill learning, the length of training period, joy of learning and enthusiasm in practice as indexes of strength of motivation were determined by intrinsic factor like task involvement; 2. In the case of learning abucus calculation and calligraphy, not only intrinsic but also competitive factors were related to motivation because those who leaned such skills were graded often; 3. Social approval was important to motivate skill learning, especially at the beginning of training period., 国立情報学研究所で電子化したコンテンツを使用している。}, pages = {63--75}, title = {<資料>技能学習の動機づけ}, volume = {39}, year = {1992} }
