Methods: A questionnaire survey (Fatigue degree, Usual state of health, LBP, SNSA, exercise situation) and physical fitness tests (grip strength, sit-ups, vertical jump, maximum oxygen uptake, standing trunk flexion) were performed. Divided into 3 groups according to age, were 20 to 24 years old, 25 to 34 years old, 35 years old and over. Results and conclusions: There was a difference in health condition depending on the age of the childcare teacher, and it was obvious that a person with High-fatigue degree felt not in good health condition. With regard to LBP or SNSA, the complaint rate of symptoms tended to increase with increasing age. Pain in the lumbar or neck shoulder arm were related to fatigue, but the site of pain associated with end-of-work fatigue was characterized by the difference in Age groups. The exercise situation status was low in all age groups and there was no clear relation with fatigue degree, but the higher the exercise situation rate, the lower the fatigue degree was observed. Regarding the physical fitness, it was suggested that individuals with stronger physical fitness possess relationship between High-fatigue degree characteristics in the 20 to 24 years old Group. Conversely, a childcare teacher with stronger physical fitness showed a low degree of fatigue in 35 years old and over Group.", "subitem_description_language": "en", "subitem_description_type":
