This will be done based on the role played by Yogo teachers that were required of them at the time of major earthquakes that have struck since 1995. The study will also mention areas of future research for the purpose of thinking about support for Yogo teachers who support children. This will be achieved while analyzing the professional duties of Yogo teachers and the role they play which have changed due to the revision of a law and the system that took place in the latter part of the 1990s. In the latter part of the 1990s, the severity of psychological problems suffered by children who were bullied and those who refuse to go to school caused the role played by Yogo teachers in relation to the strategy aimed at dealing with these problems to be evaluated. This resulted in Yogo teachers being assigned as managers and health managers. This had the effect of expanding their role. When disasters such as major earthquakes struck during this system revision, not only did they take on the responsibility of caring for the psychological health of young students as the top priority, they also played many roles such as the operation of the school and hygiene management when the school was used as a shelter. However, although Yogo teachers are recognized as educational personnel who support young students, not much research has been done from the perspective of support for Yogo teachers. Also, not much research has been done related to Yogo teachers during times incidents take place at schools. It was not possible to determine the role they played and the difficulties faced by Yogo teachers at such times. More research needs to be done on the structure of the system of support for Yogo teachers by determining the specific role played by Yogo teachers at times incidents take place and the difficulties faced by Yogo teachers when supporting young students.}, pages = {141--146}, title = {養護教諭の職務と役割の変遷 : 災害・学校事故発生時における養護教諭の役割の観点から}, volume = {64}, year = {2017} }
