Stich unit is usually managed by "manager" (also called as "team leader" or "department head"). It is principal responsibility of the department manager to manage his/her staff members to realize maximum profit and to achieve its goals. Therefore, it is vitally important for department manager to exercise his/her management style which fits situation of the department. Previous researches show aspects of leadership and they have indicated an ideal shape of leadership style depending on situations to which the department faces. Some researches also indicate that the combination of management styles and amiable atmosphere play an important role for high functional teams. In such case leadership style of the manager is clear, and the manager is full of clear vision and the morale and motivation of the members are high.
