On September 6 in 2018, Hokkaido Eastern Iburi earthquake occurred around Atsuma Town. We took on researching into slope collapses and landslides caused by that earthquake in Atsuma Town and its neighboring areas from September till December in 2018. The research revealed that the shallow landslides, which occurred frequently and simultaneously in the Eastern Iburi area, were arisen from collapse of slope deposits two to three meters in thickness. The deposits were composed of Ta-d ash-fall mainly.
