内容記述 | We study the evolution of an error field defined by the difference between two velocity fields in statistically identical three-dimensional incompressible homogeneous turbulence. We assume that the initial error resides only in a high wavenumber range. A theoretical analysis based on a self-similarity assumption for the large-scale error field evolution shows that the growth of the error energy spectrum is characterized by both the total error energy and the integral length scales of the error field.
