However, secondary use of materials from commercial publications such as academic / specialized books and popular readings is also seen in the process, which may risk copyright infringement. Based on the results of interviews with university faculty members, this paper explores various issues related to the production and usage of digital teaching materials using commercial publications. In particular, this paper proposes a licensing model for solving copyright issues.},
