They can be used for the measurement of the distributions of thermal neutrons, fast neutrons or [γ]-rays by changing the material of the converter. They are being adopted in some research laboratories.<br/>Imaging Plate was newly applied to the measurement of natural radioactivity distributions contained in vegetables, meat and other natural substances.
