The analysis was carried out using phenomenological accommodation coefficients of translational and internal energies. Results showed that the net rate of heat transfer between two plates was less dependent upon such coefficients. On the otherhand distributions of number density and temperatures were dependent upon those coefficients. A comparison with the experiments using the electron beam fluorescence technique suggested that the accommodation coefficients for the rotational energy of nitrogen might be much less than unity.}, pages = {112--125}, title = {A Kinetic analysis of heat transfer between two parallel plates in polyatomic gas}, volume = {41}, year = {1989} }
