A set of fundamental equations is the equation of continuity and the momentum equation for both fluids and the Maxwell epuations. With those equations, the electrohydrostatic equation has been solved only for a one-dimensional parallel plane case. Furthermore, a one-dimensional steady flow has been treated from which we have got the modified Poiseuille flow and the mobified Cobine space charge relation.
