Introducing laminar sublayer it is found that the velocity distributions are well coincident with those of wall law and of velocity defect law in the region near wall and external boundary, respectively. In pure laminar flow it coincides with Kármán-Pohlhausen’s profile. Solving the momentum integral equation by these velocity profiles a resistance formula is derived.
