The trends examined in the present studies are as follows, 1. Basic functions of logistics such as punctional transportation of goods as well as proper maintenance has been improved dramatically through re-organization of the entire infrastructure, 2. the special efforts has been exerted among the people in conventional firms specialized in transportation industry or inventory management industry as they try to innovate internally as well as integrating new technology into their system, and 3. Severe competition due to entry of foreign-owned enterprises as well as privately owned- enterprises into logistics industry through  deregulation and enactment of industry-supportive policies. Such trends eventually resulted in the birth of new logistics firms as well as the expansion of potential supply capabilities. Despite of substantial improvement, it is still difficult for many of such logistics firms to meet high expectation and requirement beset by a majority of supplier’s sides as they are so used to with having logistics partners who can meet precise demand of the firms on such a timely manner. Such a mismatch between them eventually leads to impasse of demand in logistics market. Thus, there exists over-supply of logistics system due to their inabilities to meet the precise demand of their clients despite of reach resource which are now available.
