In this paper focusers chose a word or phrase that had significance for them in their lives and did focusing on it in pairs or in small groups. After reading the focusing instructions to the other or to the whole group, each person did focusing and shared his or her focusing experience. Nine cases of mini-focusing, two group cases of multiple focusing and a case of full-focusing were reported and examined. This focusing exercise helped to deepen focusers' experiences of their chosen word or phrase.
