As it is clear from previous investigations that the coherent structures are depending on the conditional technique of sampling, here we discuss some dynamical aspects of them. Several conditional sampling procedures are adopted here, and also the variable interval time average (VITA) technique is modified with a reasonable assumption. Turbulent velocity signal and a random process generated by a Langevin equation are analyzed by these tachniques.
