 note = {This paper is the second part of an attempt to construct the computer model of optical illusions. In this paper we examined some earlier experiments in related regions in order to formulate our model of the Ebbinghaus-like illusions. As a result, these 2 points are determined. Our model consists of 2 components. One represents interactions between the center circle and each surrounding figure. The other component represents the effects of global figural configurations. Next, in our model, we will represent the individual differences in the optical illusions as relative weights of these 2 components.},
