For solution of these problems, “school counselor” was introduced from 1995. Cooperation of teacher and school counselor are made much of in both practice and a study to do school counseling activity effectively. It is said that at first the making of relation with a teacher is necessary to cooperate with a teacher. It is said to it that a daily relation such as a chat is important. It was for a purpose of this study to make the scale, the standard what kind of thing there was for an action for the making of daily relation with a teacher by school counselor. It made relation every day, and to make a standard what kind of thing there was for an action for the making of daily relation with a teacher by school counselor as for the purpose of this study. First, an item was collected by interview to school counselors. Question paper investigation was carried out for school counselor next about the item, and factor analysis was carried out.
