One of the parents’ roles to help their children is child’s assessment. The purpose of this study was to construct parent rating of adjustment scale for primary school students, in order to assess their children. The items of this scale were collected based learning aspects, health and social skill aspects. Parents of 345 primary school students responded to this questionnaire. The results of factor analysis revealed three factors (learning, health, social skills), and these factors demonstrated adequate reliability and validity.
