By taking regular T-complete functions as weight functions, boundary integral equation is derived from the governing differential equation. Then, the integral equation is discretized by boundary elements to derive the algebraic system of equations. The computational accuracy is strongly dependent on the ill-posedness of the coefficient matrix.
