The concept of Gakkou Dukuri, conceived in the 1950s, proposed that the curriculum should be decided by individual, its parents and committees, who participate in the curriculum-making process. In 1970s, in Japan, the Constitution, along with the Fundamental Law of Education was re-interpreted by the people. The action, in turn, influenced the trend that followed, in particular, the interpretation of Article 10 of the Fundamental Law of Education. Considering this background, we can better understanding how the local residents' campaign gained force. As the result, the concept of Gakkou Dukuri was not just a theoretical principle, but was put into practice in second half of 1970s.}, pages = {61--73}, title = {戦後日本における学校づくりの概念に関する歴史的考察}, volume = {51}, year = {2005} }
