More specifically, considerable attention has been directed at understanding the influence of network structure on the performance of organizations, and inadequate attention has been paid to the content of network members' relations. In this paper, my objective is to identify the configurations of network that the focal organization should form. Network of ongoing cooperative relationships organizations accumulate over time constitutes a resource of potential value which is called social capital. Network enables the organizations to obtain the necessary resources and information and serves as an important function to enforce norms of behavior in terms of governing the behavior and cooperation of members. Therefore, by clarifying the influence of the interaction between structural dimensions and relational dimensions of network on the behaviors of the focal organizatiion.
