 note = {The Studies about a Method of Roscher by Menger, Eisermann and Hübinger showed to us that a way of thinking that laid the foundation of his method came from Gervinus and Ranke. In addition, according to a study by Weber, the method was based on a thought of Fichte and Adam Müller and a thought of Hegel. These are precedent studies which are related to a challenge of this article to place a historical method in the genealogy of thought to affect history of those days. But they have one problem. As Menger has denied testimony of Roscher himself, and not accepted relation with the historical approach of the Historical School of Jurisprudence. Roscher's Method was not understood, following what he described. Though his method was considered as the means to derive a development law in those studies, it doesn't coincide with his thought. In order to solve this problem. first the method is reconsidered in accordance with texts in his books. and then close relations between it and history of those days shall be clarified.},
