 note = {The Supply Chain has been becoming more and more dynamic with increasing fluctuation of demands, inventories, and orders at today's information age. In this context, Supply Chain Management(SCM) has become one of the most important competitive strategies for any business enterprise. Most of studies that have made on Supply Chain and SCM, have concentrated on theoretical or macro aspect. However, the current study develops a demand-to-supply e-Business information system in a real world business organization. First, it is introduced a general review of Supply Chain and the SCM briefly. Next, after analyzing the business process of a selected company, the position of e-Business system in SCM is presented. Third, using the Data Oriented Approach (DOA) a case study of development of demand-to-supply e-Business information system is described. Forth, to verify the business process performance of the information system proposed, business process simulation models are used. Finally, it is concluded, discussing the benefits obtained through optimization organization's resources with the use of e-Business information system.},
