In the Langy model, two artificial organisms, whose intelligence is realized by an associative memory model, abstract the concepts from the things they recognize, give names to them and then standardize the language. This paper proposes the LangE (Language Evolution) II model where a population of such artificial organisms evolves communication through genetic operations.
