Firstly, we argue that there exist two different types of organizational learning, which are called single-loop learning and double-loop learning. Furthermore, we point out that the knowledge creation process is deeply related to the latter. And we insist that the knowledge creation process consists of two subprocesses, namely a divergent process and a convergent process. Secondly, we also point out the two sides of organizational learning, i.e. its cognitive side and its behavior side.
