However, if the competitiveness does not contribute to create corporate value, shareholders consider such competitiveness to destroy their value, Consequently those companies, which are competitive but can not manage their competitiveness adequately so that they can create their corporate value will be terminated in the capital market. This study examines whether the competitiveness contributes to create the corporate value or not, and present the model that shows how the competitiveness contributes to create the corporate value.
