Paper","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"20世紀，とりわけ1990年代半ばにおけるアメリカ経済の復興を背景にして，ITの投入がアメリカの経済成長にいかなる影響を与えたのかという問題は，経済学者たちの関心を集めている。多くの研究においては，ITの投入がアメリカの経済成長を持続的に促進したと結論づけた上で，その効果について，次のように分析している。これを端的に言うと，先進国の場合には，ITが一国の経済成長を促すという効果の普遍性を確認できる一方で，他方，発展途上国の場合には，その効果自体をまだ明確に確認していないということである。
