Paper","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"今日、トヨタ自動車の中国での経営に、多くの関心が集まっている。同社の本格的な中国進出は世界の他の主要な自動車企業と比べて明らかに出遅れた。それにも拘らず、市場への急速な浸透を実現しているからである。ところで、この進出形態には大きな特徴がある。トヨタ自動車は、中国という単一の市場に統一的な企業を設立するのではなく、南北の異なる2 つの地方政府の管轄地域内に別々の企業を設立するという投資活動を展開している。本論文の中心的な観点である「南北分治」は、中国の制度的インセンティブの下でトヨタが選択した投資行動である。換言すれば、市場経済へ移行している中国の特定な制度環境の下で採用された、中国型の財政連邦制が地方政府間の競争を必然化させ、それがトヨタに中国市場での投資行動を決定させたのである。中国型の財政連邦制の下で、地方政府は地方の経済的利益を最大化させるため、同時に地方経済の高いGDP
