Then, it becomes more important to measure spatial ability on career formation. As the IRT model, two parameters logistic model (2PL) was utilized. Consequently, a test composed of 37 items was developed. The test information function showed that the accuracy of ability estimates was sufficient on the range of lower ability level (-2.3 to +0.5).
