| 内容記述 | This paper discusses the current state of regulations and supervisions of Japanese banks, which have experienced and evolved through two crises – the post-bubble financial crisis which took place around 2000, and the global financial crisis which started in 2007. Firstly, the state of Japan's banking industry will be discussed in section 2. In section 3, an outline of Japan’s banking regulations will be discussed. Then, in section 4, the financial system reforms that were implemented to address the post-bubble financial crisis will be explained. In section 5, an explanation detailing the new trend in financial regulations that respond to the global financial crisis will be provided. Finally, section 6 presents the conclusion. | |||||
