| 内容記述 | The Innovation or transformation of business models is one of the common, urgent and important issues for every mature companies, which is helpful to revitalize business activities in developed countries, especially dysfunctional Japanese economy. Bu we must not forget to have another noteworthy type of business model changes, such as its creation by entrepreneurs. It is certain that there are a lot of factors for exerting positive impacts for them such as policy, education, and culture for promoting entrepreneurship, but we have few researches on the relationship between business model creation and knowledge creation during startup phase of new ventures. Therefore we try to analyze it from the perspective of knowledge creation. We begin to outline what type of knowledge change mature companies have and then explore what the characteristics of how entrepreneurs create new and novel business and management knowledge are as compared with the ways of knowledge creation of the established companies, through detailed and intensive analysis of the leading books on entrepreneurship. | |||||
