| 内容記述 | The military-oriented development in North Korea is dualistic as it puts its national defense at the top priority and concurrently focuses on developing civilian demands and special economic zone. Kim Jong-un regime's military-oriented development may be characterized as an establishment of Cabinet-centered development system and the restructuring of military-industrial-academic complex. However, First Secretary Kim Jong-un has revealed a grand strategy for "economically powerful state with nuclear weapons" through the New Year's address. As long as Kim Jong-un regime sticks to the existing two-fold policy for both nuclear weapons and economy, the meaning of changes in the development framework should be limited. | |||||
