| 内容記述 | In this study, we analyze the link between global food prices and economic growth or population growth, by focusing on two-way trade in sale food and food which may cause health damage between developed and developing countries. In conclusion, the depopulation in the developed country and the population growth in the developing country give rise to global food price hike, if the developing country is poor. Subsequently, it is implied that the fluctuation in global food price sometimes depends on income level of the developing country, due to biased preferences that originate in the level of personal income. The results also suggest that as lowest income improves in the developing country, global prices of all the food decrease. | |||||
