Two forms of questionnaire were constructed in order to find out the children\u0027s experiences in a certain day and each form of questionnaire contained 14 items, for instance, the menu for school feeding, frequency of answers in the classroom, affairs on the way home, play and playmates after school and so on. Observers were instructed to make a circumstantial report about children\u0027s behaviors in the classroom, on the way home, and in a recreation ground. Subjects : Elementary school children (5th and 6th grade boys and girls) Observer : Students of university and college-Instructor (of questionnaire); Investigators. Procedure : At first, the observers checked the behaviors of children from lunch time (school feeding time) to 5 o\u0027clock in the evening. And then, the day after that, questionnaires were administered by an investigator in the classroom. Findings : (1) The type of question in the questionnaire method were apt to be the cause of different reports concerning the same behavior. (2) Observation (method) data often showed nice correspondence between the two observers as for the reports of simple overt behavior.
