内容記述 The present article reviews research on teacher burnout, and then explores “crisis and support in the student guidance and counsel that a junior high school teacher faces.” Three perspectives that are necessary for further research work are suggested: (1) Qualitative approaches should be adopted, analyzing “crisis in the human relationships,” “factors out of the workplaces” and “growth of the teachers forced by the crisis” in various angles ; (2) Focusing especially on a crisis in the student guidance and counsel is indispensable because the process of the teacher growth, such as what crisis the teacher faces, how he/she recognizes it, how he/she deals with it should be investigated ; (3) In a support study, the process of recovery and overcome from the crisis should be researched and an effective content and timing of support, cognitive transformation of the teacher should be clarified.
