内容記述 From the theoretical considerations it is evident that the electrostatic field change due to lightning stroke is proportional to the electric moment itself which the discharging charge composes, while the atmospheric waveform is composed mainly of the rapidly changing components of electro-magnetic field change, such as the radiation field which is proportional to the second order differential of the electric moment variation. Therefore the simultaneous observations of these two subjects are important and useful in analysing the mechanism of the atmospherics formation. Taking account of these points the thunderstorm observation was performed about the lightning discharges within the range 0-15 km. by means of two cathode ray tubes each of which has the same 20ms. linear time sweep, and the results obtained from the investigation of these observational data are given in the present paper.
