内容記述 本稿の目的は、オンライン教育の急速な普及に伴って使われる新たな概念が適切に理解されるために、高等教育研究者が果たす役割を見直すことである。具体的にはハイフレックス授業を取り上げ、その授業設計上の特徴を確認した後、学生の目標到達を促すための実践上の工夫を考察する。ハイフレックス授業は対面講義の遠隔中継と紹介されることもあるが、授業形態に焦点化した定義をすべきではなく、学生の学習経験の違いに注目した定義の普及が重要である。新たな教育方法を導入する際は、高等教育研究者がその効果を検証した上で導入や翻案することで、誤解の少ない紹介と導入を進めるべきである。
