(2) to hear public sport leaders\u0027 opinion about the community sports promotion and to examine the guideline of local community sports in the future. (3) to grope for role and mission of public sport leaders that adapted to in this age of sports for all. To approach these problems, a survey was conducted by questionnaire method for 421 public sport leaders (323 males and 98 females) in Aichi prefecture. After examining the result above, we may conclude as follows. 1. As for the age of public sport leaders, one\u0027s forties and one\u0027s fifties command a majority. Moreover, the men occupy by an overwhelming majority. 2. As the mediation between administration and inhabitant, public sport leaders have to meet the diverse demands of the inhabitant lately and they should approach the administration in adequacy. 3.
