| 内容記述 | It is a subject with extremely important to collect and arrange the literature concerning vocational training in order to search what should be of vocational training in the future. The difficulty in this study is that books concerning vocational traning are not published except few individual theses which lie scattered. When collecting the literature of vocational traning is tried, this is forecast that the difficulty is extremely caused. However, we began working by thinking that it is crucial to arrange the literature put out up to now today when the background which surrounds vocational training have bccome extremely complex. Professor Teruo Sasaki raises the historical analysis of the worker education system as a study frame of the worker education first. Secondarily, it is raises to analyze and examine the educational demand of the worker self and the development of the education movement. Thirdly, Sasaki arranges the subject to the analysies of the relation between the institutionalization of the worker education and the movement concerning the educational demand of the labor union. The literature study an this text is an arrangement to make clear the flow above-mentioned recond rccondarily roughly. | |||||
