| 内容記述 | This paper is a secondary analysis of the survey data collected by the board of education of Ichinomiya city, Aichi Prefecture, in the fall of 1973. About 1500 adolescents (15-24 yr. olds) were interviewed to make clear what they think about daily life. The questionnaire includes such items as social background, working conditions, job satisfaction, behaviors in free time, attitudes toward daily life, assessment on environments, and evaluation on adult education. In this paper, the data of job holders are analyzed. This paper intends to make clear the structure of attitudes toward daily life of working adolescents, and to examine what they expect from several programs of adult education, and what prevented them from attending those programs. The Hayashi's quantification method was used. Some of the major findings are : 1) The most important structural dimension can be labeled as "activity vs. passivity". Another dimension can be labeled as "social relation-oriented vs. personal life-oriented". Four groups divided on the basis of these dimensions showed various patterns of behavior and attitude. 2) Whether or not they participated in activities of adult education depend on not only attitudes toward daily life, but also job schedules and their behavioral patterns in free time. In general discussion, it is emphasized that those patterns depend on both attitudes toward daily life and life conditions including job conditions. | |||||
