内容記述 In this paper, the concept of [Personal Teaching Theory (PLT for short)] was defined at first. That is the belief system which one has toward his own teaching activity. As the first tryout of research, the college students majoring in preschool education (kindergarten and nursery school) were taken as a subject. These subjects had several opportunities both to observe preschool education and to have intern teaching (nursing) practices.
