内容記述 | In this paper, the concept of [Personal Teaching Theory (PLT for short)] was defined at first. That is the belief system which one has toward his own teaching activity. As the first tryout of research, the college students majoring in preschool education (kindergarten and nursery school) were taken as a subject. These subjects had several opportunities both to observe preschool education and to have intern teaching (nursing) practices. Furthermore, they have taken more than several courses in preschool education. It was hypothesized that they would form and develop their own belief toward preschool teaching and nursing (PTT). PTT was measured by the belief inventory which depicted 31 typical problem-solving situations (that is, situation requiring personal judgement). Factor analysis was applied to the inventry data. Then three basic factors were found. Finally pattern analysis was applied to delineate personal teaching patterns. One common popular pattern was found. Pattern differences were between PTT of college students, and PTT of kindergarten teachers observed by student- subjects. | |||||
