内容記述 近年、逐次近似法と呼ばれる画像再構成法が開発され、この方法で再構成されたCT画像は従来よりもノイズが少なく、滑らかな画像になると言われている。その一方で、逐次回数と共に病変が不鮮鋭になるという問題点も指摘されている。そこで、本研究では、Toeplitz行列を用いた新たな鮮鋭度評価法を考案した上で、逐次近似再構成画像と従来の再構成画像を比較し、それらの鮮鋭度を評価した。さらに、コントラスト分解能についても定量解析し、鮮鋭度の評価結果と合わせて、画質特性と被ばく線量との関係について検討した。Recently, image reconstruction method called Adaptive Iterative Statistical Reconstruction (ASIR) has been developed.
