The form level rating is the qualitative evaluation of the Rorschach responses and has the pathological significance to examine the reality-testing. There is a variety of schools in the Rorschach Test; Rorschach, Beck, Hertz, Klopfer, Exner, Mayman, Phillips \u0026 Smith, Rapaport, Kataguchi and Osaka Uni. and so on. First, an outline of a variety of schools is given. For example, Beck, Hertz and Exner use the frequency table of responses. And another type of school, e. g. Klopfer and Osaka Uni., includes three independent steps and an all-inclusive rating scales. But, unfortunately, corresponded opinions between them have not been acquired. For the clinical application of the form level rating, this point must be emphasized; that is, the adequate distance in responses, which is compared to the play in the machine, should be examined. It is useful for understanding the ego-autonomy in the form-perception. 内容記述 | In this study, the form level rating scale of the Rorschach Test is discussed. The form level rating is the qualitative evaluation of the Rorschach responses and has the pathological significance to examine the reality-testing.
