By combining the thermal diffusivity measurements, we have found that the temperature increase due to self heating is explained by the conduction of the Joule heat through the sample to the heat bath. We further find a time scale of the nonlinear conduction to be 20 ms, which is consistent with thermal relaxation time of the sample.
