| 内容記述 | 現在の分散環境をふまえたデジタルサイエンスミュージアムにおける,ビデオを利用した教材制作,収集・保管,インターネット上で提供までの一連の作業を相互に連携して,学芸員がそれらの作業をスムーズに行うための研究は行われてこなかった.本研究では,(1)学芸員の考えを反映した,ビデオ,説明資料,画像などを組み合わせた教材を容易に作成,(2)ビデオおよび関連コンテンツの関係をメタデータ記述言語RDF (Resource Description Framework)で記述したデータおよびコンテンツのメタデータをデータベース間で交換し,それらのコンテンツどうしを結び付けて提供,(3)各データベースから取り出されたビデオクリップと関連コンテンツを適切なタイミングで再生およびまとめるための同期連続再生機能を自動生成する,といった3機能を有するシステムを統合し,学芸員が容易に作業を行うための分散型ビデオクリップオンデマンドシステムを開発した.本研究の有効性を明らかにするために,名古屋市科学館の学芸員による実証実験により,システム評価および考察を行った. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Presentations in science museums often need videoclips that are suited to a curator's personal plan. This is not satisfactorily achieved through a video package. Preparing videoclips and related content for presentations from science museum databases and/or distributed databases over the Internet is a difficult task. This is mainly a structure for relating images, pictures and contents with videoclips on Internet. To solve these problems, we have developed functions for creating videoclips that are suitable for a curator's presentation plans. The curators define the videoclip sequences as well as their related content. The information for connecting videoclips and related content are described in RDF (Resource Description Framework) a standardized, interoperable manner. Moreover, to make it easy for curators to use the results at live presentations, we have developed a function that creates synchronous, continuous play automatically. In addition, we had the developed system evaluated by curators. | |||||
